Refund policy

For Gentle Sen HOCl tablets (consumables) we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days only if the bottle is unopened, the tamper-evident seal is intact and in the same condition as received; opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements. We may offer store credit after careful review, and seal-broken/defective-on-arrival claims must be reported within 7 days with photos and the lot/batch number for a prepaid return and full refund.

For non-tablet items we offer a 30-day risk-free return — opened or used items may be returned for a full refund (customer-paid return shipping) unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case contact us within 7 days with photos and we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement, store credit or full refund.
